Pho"Chao Long"

Year 1975, after the fall of Saigon, Puerto Princesa welcomed in Vietnamese refugees, where they sought asylum. With their arrival came their cuisine, following a fusion between Vietnamese and local Palawan Culinary traditions, resulting in to the noodle soup called Chao Long. Now, Viet Ville, the former refugee camp, serves the Chao Long dish, in many variations.
