WWII Museum

Visitors of all ages are bound to learn something new about one of the darkest moments once they set foot in the Special Battalion World War II Memorial Museum along Rizal Avenue.  This was inaugurated by Higinio “Buddy” Mendoza, dedicated to his father, Dr. Higinio Mendoza Sr., the local hero that sparked the first guerilla warfare against the Japanese invaders. Inside, various war memorabilia such as uniforms, artillery, and even vehicles are on display alongside markers that honor the brave men who died while in action.
